Hope someone takes Hargrave as a rookie of it was us I'd be pretty happy given he reminds me of Libba just a fierce competitor with really good inside game and can find goals up forward

I've never seen a full club rating from draft night that's held true 5yrs down the track. Who cares what we're rated, let the lads have a crack and let's hope they turn out to be what we hope for and more.

Really happy with our haul!
The Davidson one is fantastic, think he can play early. I think Hynes will take some time (tank).
Round one next year I reckon we’ll be pretty young anyway (Sanders, Buss).

Geelong supporters bemoaning the fact they traded down from pick 35 in the Smith trade and therefore missed Gerryn.

Leidler or Harry Boyd would be perfect for the final spot.

Leidler seems like he could develop into a Duryea replacement who plays on the speedy small forwards. And every contending team needs depth in the ruck, case in point Darcy Fort

I remember watching the year Walsh went no. 1 and Carlton took the full 5 minutes to pull the trigger. Vision was shared the next day as an insight into the draft type of thing and there’s footage of SOS saying there’s no advantage to picking before the full time, so they just sat there. Glad we don’t dick around like that for no reason at all

Im glad that I don't invest an ounce of emotional investment in the lead up to the draft.

I prefer the club to kick me in the balls during the season proper.

I picked Dolan in the mock but that was for Freo.........haha

Gabriel Stumpf is someone I’m surprised no one took a shot on in the draft though

He is one I would love for us to take a shot on. That speed is insane.
