Surely Dodo is a worse List Manager than our mate Trout
Elshaug is the worst performed recruiter of the past decade and a half. If this was the old wild west, and he showed his face at RSEA park, he'd be tarred and feathered, with plenty of justification.

We are still paying for his incompetence. As bad as Dildo-ro is, Elshaug was, and still is, in a league of his own.

Interestingly, he consulted to the dopers a couple of years ago. The blind leading the blind. No wonder the dopers are rooted.

Wasn't it great to see the Swines end the dopers' finals hopes for another year? You can add another year to their finals win drought.

That will make it 21 years without a finals win for Essendope. This drought coincides with Dildo-ros tenure in the list manager/head recruiter position. What a great legacy. Good riddance!

It was Trout who picked Tsatas.

He got Dodo drunk (or more drunk) and snuck in pressed some numbers - player 156527363. Trout thought he was selecting Pou.

Toce was a very good recruiter for us. He doesn't seem to waste many picks.
Been quietly impressed with his picks.

All the 2023 kids have played now haven't they? Wilson & Garcia in particular look absolute bargains.

Philippou starting to show he's better than pick 10 as well.

Even the guys from 2022 that haven't played look like guys with good ceilings and were impressive on the weekend.

Was Caminiti a Toce pick or was that just before him?

Toce` is a very good recruiter in the time he had taken over our recruiting at the Saints things turned around immediately. Why he was forced out the club nobody really knows, possibly personalities. Prior to getting the head recruiters role he was in charge of the SA region where he also found us Callum Wilkie, Copper Sharman and Jack Hayes. Its shouldnt be any surprise that both our top picks while he was in charge he absolutely nailed. I think you are in good hands with Chris managing your rebuild.

Blight already a good looking pickup for the tigers.

He was actually a Jack Silvagni pick if you would believe it.

Fun thought - Imagine how different AFL history would've been if the AFL had stuck to the letter of the rules and made Hawthorn draft Luke Franklin instead of Lance Franklin

Caminiti was a JSOS pick. Mentioned him to SOS after seeing him at a Carlton pre-season or so the story goes 🤣

I understand he wasn't forced out

He wanted Dalrymple's job and when he didn't get it, wanted out
