Eh I don't mind it. This is why we pay up for premiums..more chances to pop. Ryan didn't this week but I still have Gulden, Daicos, Heeney, etc in the gun to tonne big. You can't win them all every week so you gotta have as many as you can.
Having owned Ryan in past seasons and watching Freo play for years he will go anywhere from 60-100 most weeks. That dream run of 6 games before his bye was lightning in a bottle for a player like him. His floor is much lower than you want for a premo. Expect to see more 70 scores than 120 scores.

When it comes to you it usually is. Time to move on.
I own Ryan, im talking about whoever said they were taking Zorkos score on yesterday.. I don't even know who said it.
Think you're the one who needs to move on considering you always reply to my posts claiming im targeting you when i haven't said a word about you lmao.

But like i said if the shoe fits.

It was Chapman out that did it for me, thought it'd give him more marking opportunities.

Yeah that's fair, we all probably overpaid but he's still probably someone you want to own.

Dogs aren't actually a great matchup for defs despite the general thinking. 2nd worst in the last 5 according to DFS

Dockers have Hawks, Swans and Tigers in the next 4 all of which are in the best 5 matchups for defs. Everyone will want him for that Tigers game especially, give up more than the Saints to defs

Chapman out is actually worse for Ryan. Means he needs to man up more and can't play too loose around the back.

Thought that'd be Worner's job.

Another example of not bringing in a million dollar player no matter how much of a certainty it looks. ****s sake
Only time where you can suggest trading in a 1 mil player is if they are so far ahead of every other option in their line (Zorko in the forwards).

I said I was tempted to go Ryan C, but that was when Zorko was stuck on the bench and on 112. He managed to blag the 125 so I came to my senses.

Seemed a lot different this year though. They openly look for him and Clark. Just didn’t have the ball at all today for anyone to score well

It is but Worner is not anywhere near as good as Chapman so Ryan has to help out a lot more.

I agree that he is different this season and will be a top 6 defender. It's just paying overs for him coming straight off his bye.

I paid up because there weren’t many other guys I wanted and Freo’s run coming up looks awesome. Everyone else either has a bye or is someone like Neale who you’re not going to want long term.

Paid top price for someone but it’s better than bringing someone in you don’t want and may burn 2 trades on

Shit score by Ryan, dissapointed but i would of gone Serong if i didn't go him so not a huge loss for the week.
The whole Freo side ordinary - around 430 DT points less

It's why I brought in Zorko instead, not a $1m player........ :tearsofjoy:

Agree with this - as good as Ryan can be - he's not a real defender - see his effort prior to Bont kicking that 'wonderful' goal. 2 against one they say, what did Ryan actually do?

What a round this is turning out to be.

Brought in Ryan this week and have Steele, Dunkley, Day and Sharp

It's wild to me that I've had Bont from the start, and have only ever VC/C'd him for his sub-100s. Never been able to take advantage of his big scores
