They won the premiership in his second season, have played in a further 4 grand finals - comprehensively beaten in 3 of them, and while they lead at halftime against the Bulldogs, the eventual premiers looked pretty comfortable in the last

Shows rucks don't really matter that much tbh. He's gone up against Lycett and Vardy in 2018 and dominated hitouts, made no difference to the result. Same thing today against Fort.
