That he went home and was disillusioned with footy after being treated shabbily by Carlton not honouring a contract? He went and played country footy, probably tells you a lot about the situation.

Poor AlfredoGood start...all list cloggers unfortunately. It's not personal...it's strictly business.

That article makes zero sense to me. If there was plenty of interest, why wouldn't we have kept him on the list and traded him to his club of choice for a token pick?

Points. What do you want a token pick for?
This is the least of our problems and the club most likely saw it that way too...
No current season stats available
Matthew Innes will be pretty bored now.
Doesn’t have a contract thoughSam Durdin still on the list - how is this possible ?
good back up optionSam Durdin still on the list - how is this possible ?
Maintains flexibility - there is no rush to delist him. What if Haynes does his ACL tomorrow? Our KPD on the entire list would be:Sam Durdin still on the list - how is this possible ?
I think Larry from the local pub is a better option though... He's not up to itMaintains flexibility - there is no rush to delist him. What if Haynes does his ACL tomorrow? Our KPD on the entire list would be:

Owies, Kennedy, Carroll and Pittonet should all be told to canvass other club too. We need to trade out players , flexibility in salary cap total, and draft picks. Picks 15 to 30 are interesting too prior to Tassy joining this a deep draft , must tap in on some quality youth now.
I also suspect that clubs would only be interested in taking him as a DFA given his injury record.People underestimate how much work on trades and deals happen during the year.
Clubs have substantial knowledge and understanding of a player’s worth well before they get to exit interviews.
Suspect Freo didn’t like Martin’s medical. Surprise, surprise.
You don't think he still ends up there? I do. Now it'll be a free hit. Give him a small contract with various triggers. How much do they then really lose if it doesn't work out?People underestimate how much work on trades and deals happen during the year.
