I would push almost anyone not Brayshaw, Young, Treacy, Amiss or Serong out the door to make both happen. These two would make us absolutely ridiculous

It would take a ton to get both but I think we need to offer the max for Bolton as a way of getting his salary down to get Picket as well. So my proposed trade is Collingwood, St Kilda and Port pick for Bolton with Richmond paying 50% of his salary and then our future first and Freo pick for Picket. If thats possible under afl rules to do with how many 1st rounders you can take over 4 years.

Warner is more of a game winner then Pickett so I wouldn't go for Pickett if Warner is a good chance of happening next year. Warner could definitely win a Brownlow one day, can't say the same about Pickett.

Pickett is exactly what we need.
