He's from Derby which is in the northern most WA zone, which is Freo's. He then moved to Armadale, which is probably the one that counts as this happened when he was 3. Also in one of Freo's zones.

As for Morris, it's a pretty large range and he's just making it up. And doing a poor job of it. He will turn 25 in his first year of the contract. Beyond ridiculous to suggest the offer will be 9-11 years and take him out to 34-36.
I reckon both WA clubs will be in the 5-6 year ballpark. I was thinking we'd be around the 1.2 million mark, and WC would be around 1.5 million.

Hard to see how we could possibly fit another player in the cap at 1m looking at our list, Brayshaw to resign and so much young talent.
I’ll be really interested in to see Warner’s form next year, Swans have to be a reasonable chance of having a relatively poor season on the back of that flogging.

Bolton appears almost done for 9 or 10 and 16.
Hopefully they cover 400k in salary, and that would be a good deal for us considering his contract status.
I can't work out any deal involving pick 9 or 10, and Baker looks remotely fair.
Pick 9 for 16, Baker and a future 2nd maybe.
16 is a bit late for Berry to be available. Hannaford would be available, but he may be available at 30.
