True, although depends on what they do with Round 0. It' going to be a tough year weighing up selecting the right players vs all the different byes.
With the way Fantasy have done it I’ve limited my starting team there to one or two R0 players max.

I hope whatever SC decide to do is easy to understand and fair

Surprised Touk Miller isn't getting more love. Priced at 97 after going 120+ the previous 2 years. Should be a lock (pending what they do with round 0). Normally durable, still in his prime and if Hardwick is interested in winning should be playing close to 100% onball. Still the suns best player.

Hard to know how dimma uses his mids .

Apart from Dusty and short all Richmond players sucked in SC.

That is true though I never felt Dew played a particularly SC friendly style either. Some players just rack it up no matter what, like Neale at Brisbane.

I felt neale early days at Bris he tried to bring his team mates into the game .
Unsure now dunks suitcase can get their own ball.

Rowell ,Anderson,Miller all guns .miller n Rowell cheaper options ..

Port and Freo are the best bye wise.

Butters or serong .

Come on down.

I don’t think I’m going to start with this geezer.

Melbourne superstar Clayton Oliver has taken another break from football.
The troubled midfielder missed last Saturday’s training session in Melbourne and then left the Demons training camp in Lorne early on Monday night.
It’s been well documented Oliver has dealt with personal issues throughout this season including injuries, medical challenges and questions over his behaviour.
Melbourne football boss Alan Richardson said the club would continue to work with Oliver over the Christmas break.
“Clayton is taking a break as he continues to deal with some issues,” Richardson said.
“We are continuing to support Clayton and managing his program in a way that prioritises his health and wellbeing.”

Sure he’ll score extremely well when he plays. But the prospect he completes anything close to a full season is becoming less likely with every passing week.

miller and steele strong watches. both 120+ midfielders priced much lower than that. can run a deep midfield with these guys in the side if they manage to perform at keeper level. would take 110 from either of them at their starting price.

Hesistent on Steele. I think Ross slimmed him down to much. Remember him saying he lost 5kgs to improve his running. Reminded me of Cripps in 2020 and it had the same outcome. His running improved but it took away from his main strengths.

I like Miller as he has been elite for several seasons now. Started last year well. Poor average mainly from his injury return games where he had a different role and may still have been effected. If his role looks back to normal he's a lock for me. Even if he only goes 110+ it's still worth it.

Re: Touk - pretty safe to beat his price. Dimma doesn't tag either so that should free him up.

But Dimma's Richmond were crap for SC. Early bye is an issue, especially as everyone will start Flanders.

What's Steele's injury concern .....the game and the way Ross wants to play, with speed ....seemed to harm Steele's game

Think just fix ups in the off season. Nothing significant. Steele has proven he doesn't need a HUGE preseason to hit the ground running, it's the in season injuries that hurts him.

Windy is flying this preseason. Very awkwardly priced though. If he was $100k less, I'd be on in a heartbeat.

Rowell has been talking about getting more possessions on the outside. Under Mountain Dew the Suns were very contest based and had less rotation in midfield. Would expect that to change this season, so hard to predict exact roles tbh.

Really hope there is more rotations, Humpa should get more time for example.

Think you might find Fiorini Davies even Swallow and Ainsworth thru there from time to time but nowhere near the amount of minutes as the others you've mentioned
