I hope that both McRae & Leppitsch both have strong influences on who we pick at this forthcoming AFL National Draft. OK.I think Leppa will have an influence on who we pick in this draft. I'm hoping so anyway.

Leppa & Fly are a team. I think they'll get what they want.I hope that both McRae & Leppitsch both have strong influences on who we pick at this forthcoming AFL National Draft. OK.
Assume you’re taking the piss.I'm hearing we are interested in Riley Leedham at full forward.
You just know he is going to take haris andrews and weitering to the cleaners. He has the fev like aura around him.
We've drafted soccer players before, but a soccer hooligan would be a first.
I am sorry, I came across this. He is the last player on the list.
Ernie Hug now that’s a blast from the past. Hope he’s a better kick than his Grandfather but boy oh boy was he a terrific mark. Great player Ernie. They had him more commonly linked to Melbourne. But you might be on the right path.
He'd suit our needs at 199cm, athletic (good leap and a low 6's 2K time trial time) and able to play both ends.
2 x premiership player with Sandy Dragons, so part of a strong team when he's been available.
His grandfather (Ernie Hug) played for Collingwood too, albeit he barracks for the Hawks

I'm really just hoping we're linking ourselves to heaps of names with hopes that other teams baulk and overreach for a player before our pick, making players we actually want slide to us.
Edit: my post has no real context to the tweet. I don't think Davis will make it far past pick 30...
How narrow finals loss handed WA draft hopeful major lesson
A heartbreaking loss gave Hamish Davis a major lesson in 2024, the draft hopeful tells Nathan Schmookwww.google.com
He is certainly getting more media attention now. Not sure if it was a coincidence or it was as a result of collingwoods interest in him being publicised.
He is certainly the hine type, big performer in finals.Well if he's as good as reported he won't be threw for us anyway.
Maybe we'll swap 52, 55 and 66 for Pick 34 in an attempt to get Hamish Davis and use 60 and 82 on speculative picksWonder which two of 52,55 ,60,66 we will use to move up the draft board.(Assuming we plan on drafting 3).
We won't be drafting (night 1) but we could be required for pick trading?Almost certain we won’t be drafting anyone tomorrow night? I think they said only 27 picks on the first night.
It depends where clubs actually rate him on their draft boards. Sure he is getting attention now, but if he is ranked in the 40-50 range, I doubt the attention will push him into the mid 30's range. He will at best move up few spots.Maybe we'll swap 52, 55 and 66 for Pick 34 in an attempt to get Hamish Davis and use 60 and 82 on speculative picks
I am keen to see if we have second deal lined up with brisbane for 42/43. Obviously contingent on the other trades that brisbane execute as well as where the Ashcroft bid comes. We won't be drafting (night 1) but we could be required for pick trading?
That’s correct (roughly). The first night is for the first round only. There are currently 23 selections (all of which will be used) plus however many bid match selections get added, expected to be 4 (2 x Brisbane, 1 x Gold Coast 1 x Essendon). Whilst I do think we may look to move up the order (hence the trade with Brisbane), we won’t be moving that high.Almost certain we won’t be drafting anyone tomorrow night? I think they said only 27 picks on the first night.
