Funny enough they're my Achilles heal Eko

I can eat very clean at times but it's always chips that pull me back in which leads to other crap

Hayes looks fit as, runs laps at a very constant and very high clip.
I can only assume there is still mobility issues with his knee.

No chance of R1, hadn't done any ball work or even non contact work this pre season.

Don't know what reports you have been reading, but nobody has said Wilson is more important than Pou.
They are the same age however Pou has 24 senior game experience including a final.
Pou has grown, looks like an AFL player is strong through the core.
Speaking to a guy who swims at the DFC, he said Pou was always there doing extra work,timing himself and looks to get better and better.
Wilson looks very good, has a huge tank, very skilful but hasn't played a game yet.

Monday he said he was a couple of weeks away from full training
