Massimo D'Ambrosio looking smooth and likely on a wing according to track watches today.
Weddle also up the ground.
Amon to half back still looks set in stone.
Hardwick surprisingly training with the forwards.

Plenty of hype around this guy as well. Apparently his break away speed may have gone up another notch.

Mass is training with the backs, CJ with the midfield and Hardwick forward

If Amon is playing HB his locked into my side

Could be our Dan Houston type, easily average 100 if the role is right

Yes I'm starting to think he could be a good one to start if he has the same role from the last few weeks last year. He will get Def/Mid status at R6 so can swing him back and get a premo mid in his spot.

Can we start Amon and Sicily?
Saw this discussed on twitter. It's more a watch on the Hawks game style. Last year they had a lot of marks in defence. If they look to play more direct it will effect their defenders scoring.

IMO as long as Hardwick stays out of defence having both should be fine, he took so many kick-in's (4 per game)and those points are going somewhere.

I know they’re different roles but I just don’t see how the hawks have newcombe turn into a super premo, Sicily maintain his 115-120ish average and Amon go 100. I could be wrong.

For Amon to go 100-105 the Hawks will need to go through him alot. In the case I doubt Sicily can maintain his average. Will still be good but I see him dropping to 105-110.

On the down side.

If Hawks not winning or whatever .

Mitchell could move Amon around ..

But imo Hawks will want to get something out of Amon ...
Good user of bills HB suits him...

They paid alot for Amon and wing these days is just not where you want your best players (with a few exceptions). Its often a largely sacrificial role. Amons weapons could be better utilised off half back. That said, I think its harder to find good wingers then halfbacks so always the danger he will revert.

If dimmer de miller the miller ..
Take away his scoring powers .

Tigers mids were not great for SC during their GF run ..

Watch and see how they go.

Hope that was easier..

Let me try to translate:

"If GC's new coach Damien 'Dimma' Hardwick's game plan is similar to his time at Richmond, his influence on Touk Miller may reduce Touk's output, and lower his score ceiling.

The Tigers weren't a high SuperCoach scoring midfield during their period of dominance, even in their grand final years.

This leaves Touk Miller as a wait and see prospect for our 2024 SuperCoach sides."

OK ok ok ok.

But what's that got to do with Nuke (Newcombe)?

Miller is dimmer is nice to him....I'll have miller.

If Dimmer is a Kent....might get Nuke .

Is that ok..
"I'm going to take Touk Miller if it looks like Damien Hardwick will not have a negative impact on his scoring potential (120~).

If it's looking likely that Hardwick will have negative impact, I'll likely pick up Newcombe instead as a similarly priced midfielder with premium scoring potential. "
