I could answer this but watch the whinny bitches come in and drop snide comments about north discussion.
Feck it I do it anyways.
Yes

No he's a spud whos just tall and angry.
Bingo - that's where I've ended up with atm - 5 Roos, with no Wardlaw

Definitely no Pink!

Suns/GWS players on the bubble RD2 ;)

Might pay to make some notes :moustache:
I don't care about the bubble. We have 40 trades. Gotta get the best of the best. If I miss one price rise, it's not the end of the world, as I get an extra score.

Ok - I need some help, especially from North supporters.

I have too many Roos - but who to keep, who to cull?

Sheezel - gun! But, will he continue to play that SC friendly defense role?

LDU - fit & ready to step up for an huge year. Any real injury concerns?

Wardlaw - 2nd banana in the midfield. TOG & potential injury are his main issues. Awkward price too

Powell - friendly role & ready to be the 3rd banana in the midfield

McKercher - must have
Laz - almost, must have

Xerri - no, taking Gawndy
keep sheezel and the two must haves. the rest can be replaced by other similar players from another team. ldu shouldnt be that much better than anyone else around his price. wardlaw and powell are just like any other awkwardly priced midpricers.

Sheezel - role consistency/tag threat turning me off a bit. Nothing too wrong with the pick, but I'd personally prefer Houston around that mark.

LDU - injury risk, (likely) bad team, better, safer options around the price point IMO (i.e. Butters, Dawson, Serong etc).

Wardlaw - not for me. Bad price point, substantial injury risk.

Powell - maybe, depending on how he looks this week. Not a bad pick as there's plenty of other, cheaper mid-priced forwards you could correct to if needed.

McKercher and Lazzaro - absolutely.

Xerri - no.

I’ve already got Butters & Serong

LOL - the funny thing is I see LDU as fair value, but Dawson expensive - go figure!

Fisher?

On my radar(ish), but would want to see a really big performance this week to convince me. Similar to Powell though, him being more expensive is actually quite appealing as it's an easy corrective trade if he turns out to be a bust.

At the moment, I'm more inclined to look down the Billings/Fyfe (yikes)/Harmes path, but Powell/Fisher could find their way in still.

Same as everyone else
Man Im gonna trade like a mofo

There’s not much point ruling players in or out until this weeks match sims are done, imo.

McKercher and Laz are must have's like you say.

I think Sheezel will play mostly defense with a bit of time in the midfield. My main concern with him is that he will start getting tagged a bit more often. He was already attracting attention from some teams last year.

It really is 'take your pick' out of those other 4. All have their upsides and downsides but I would only go with one of the four. I guess whoever best fits your team structure maybe.

I havent even looked at the byes, am not settled on M1 or Heeney but structure wise I’m going all in on MPM up forward unless my sphincter explodes in Round 0View attachment 1914965View attachment 1914966

15 Round 0 players! That's a fair effort!

Obviously you haven't seen the post confirming the Brownlow Curse otherwise you woudn't be touching Neale with a 10 foot pole!

buttox - I'm glad to have come to this decision prior to the injury news.
Bad for Wardlaw, but it justifies the SC thinking

This will do until after rd0

This is my thinking too atm - leave money in the bank
It will be interesting to track how we go against sides that have spent all their cash

But, I'm only looking at holding half of what you are leaving on the table

Or straight swap to Sheldrick if you don't have him?

It's a massive leap of faith to take him now if he doesn't play the game this week.
He's been a fixture of my team all off-season, but sadly I think I agree.

Thing is, if he kills it for the first two games, we've got 40 trades this year to get him in.
