No Daicos, Bont, or Petracca/Oliver. Tried something a little different.. Too risky?

As long as you have a narrative for why back yourself. I’m getting itchy feet about not starting Daicos but there were sound reasons why 4 weeks ago and they’re still there.

This is my thinking too atm - leave money in the bank
It will be interesting to track how we go against sides that have spent all their cash

I'll defs spend another $200k, likely $300k, but there's nothing we can do now before rd0. Absolute gamechanger seeing 8 teams play before the start of the SC season. Until I see some praccy matches, and rd0 scores, and team selections, I have no clue where to spend my $$$.

Which could be good ....if, as usual, Coaches get drawn in by PS games performances

Nothing to be ashamed of – with the sheer volume of free resources for SuperCoach nowadays, people's starting teams are getting more and more similar. It has been and always will be a trading game – timing rookie culls, captaincy scores, identifying role changes, buying low on premos/picking them up before a run of favourable matchups is what separates the good teams from the bad ones. Of course, there's also a healthy dose of luck involved, too.

I’ve currently got 12 premos ( 4 of which are Rd 0 players) 5 midpricers from $220-$320 plus Reid, The Kerch, Colonel Sanders and Laz.

16 for me. I've got 0 of that starting forward line.

I think this team will change significantly once R1 teams are announced. Personally, I don't see Duursma, Macrae, Mannagh and Curtin being named so their ownership will drop. Also, if a rookie Ruck gets named, how many coaches will swap out Maley?

Sicily and Gulden ownership surprises me a little.

But, I think it would be more skewed if you only look at how many you have common being fielded
I've only got 10 common fielded

Yeah definitely. I'm at 17 overall atm, but 11 on-field. Might still try to sneak another POD in there for some (hopefully) early separation, though not too concerned by that number.

18. Mostly found in the rucks & forwards. In fact 7 of those 8 forwards are in my team and all 3 rucks.
