We have some decent depth. Shows since McHenry and Sholl aren't in the emergencies.

I think we need Berry to come back in. He is a serviceable midfielder. We need him to step up to force Sloane out of the side.

I hope the club is sticking with Taylor. He has looked good at Sanfl level. Would be great to see if he can make the step up. But the club rated him on par with Soligo. So Im hoping that means they rate him enough to keep him.

Sholl won't be in the team. I hope we trade him. I hope we also trade ROB and bring in a better ruck as well. I would be surprised if we didn't target a KPD like Cox from Freo. We need some depth in that spot and would play Cox over Butts quite easily. I would also bring in Grundy if we got him for a late 2nd and Collingwood still keep paying whatever they are paying. I reckon Crouch and Doedee will leave.

The issue we have is squad depth. Could take the opportunity though to trade him back to Victoria. Wont get much for him. Maybe a pick in the 50s. Im not even sure a side would trade for him. May need to be a delisted FA

I agree with you. But its my estimate on where our squads at and where Nicks mindsets at. I would love to see more imagination from Nicks at selection especially if Dowling and Nankervis blitz in Preseason.

I think the teams look okay but a bit too much of the same for me.

We are not bringing in a big recruits so I am not really sure how we improve outside the 'organic growth'.

Sure the younger guys could improve but half the clubs in the competition will say the same.

Laird needs to be the 3rd best midfielder in the team. Crouch needs to go, despite playing well. Agree he was better than Laird in the last few games.

Where is this guy gonna come from? Rankine? Pedlar? Soligo? Or trade one in.
