First time I've seen Ben Keays with a normal looking haircut.
Hopefully he doesn't lose his super power.

Sloane wasn't the same after cutting his locks...

Izak a likely starter...

Interesting that Horne-Francis's biological father which connects him to the Wardaman people of the NT.

Xavier Clarke to coach Indigenous All Stars, big names expected to take part in exhibition match

The head coach of the Indigenous All Stars has been locked in for next year’s match against the Dockers. Plus see the big guns expected to line-up here.

North Melbourne assistant coach Xavier Clarke has been locked in to coach the AFL Indigenous All Stars against Fremantle early next year as chairman of selectors Michael O’Loughlin forecast a massive buy-in from the players for the February 15 clash.
It’s the first time in 10 years that an Indigenous All-Stars side will play an exhibition match, with the AFL keen to make it an annual event.

The star-studded All-Stars line-up is likely to include Brisbane premiership star Charlie Cameron, Bulldogs young gun Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, Adelaide excitement machine Izak Rankine and Collingwood’s Norm Smith medallist Bobby Hill.

O’Loughlin told the Herald Sun the All-Stars will also likely select big-name Fremantle recruit Shai Bolton, club skipper Alex Pearce and forward Michael Walters as part of their All-Stars team to take on their Dockers’ teammates.

Some things never seem to change,,,

■ Adelaide hard nut Luke Pedlar left the track early on Wednesday with hamstring tightness. Pedlar played just four AFL matches last season before a shoulder injury ended his campaign.

■ Crows tall forward Riley Thilthorpe was still nursing back soreness so had a quiet day on Wednesday. Thilthorpe, who missed the first half of the season due to a torn lateral meniscus in his left knee, did not take part in the time trial last week but trained on Monday.

■ Key defender Jordon Butts remains in the rehabilitation group after off-season foot surgery, while halfback Mitch Hinge is managing a groin issue and not going full tilt.

■ Draftees Sid Draper and Tyler Welsh continue to be eased in to the mix.

Draft eggspurts....The Draft Experts are the Club Head recruiters.

How many of the draft eggspurts actually saw him play live?

Hmmmmm perhaps those draft eggspurts were onto something having Pedlar outside the top 23 players and maybe we did reach at 11?

Well he isnt the first player we have taken well above rating. We used to have a habit of trying to pluck a player we rate with the our 2nd pick. McHenry, Doedee and Pedlar were all such players from memory. Hopefully we have stopped that crap for now.
