If WillPhil leaves at the end of the season, then the BF tech team can retire 5 servers in their data centre with the drop in traffic to this page 😎

It’s like we all bought some highly touted stock in a gold mine up in the Pilbara 4 years ago, and no dividends paid back to date.

Yes this is true but there are also a few people who shorted the stock and can't wait for payday.

LOL!! I do alternate between this thread and threads on some small caps on HotCopper. The worst thing is that Phillips is doing relatively better than those small caps.

If will was the goldmine, ccj was cryptocurrency

You are the sort of person who would have loved the final round win last year missing out on Harley

think longer term

Pump games into wilphil who could be part of our long term future if given a extended run to find form fs pump games into a 33/34 year old bloke about to retire

Nostrils, we are bleeding people being ****ing interested.

2019 - 10 wins 12th ( nose bleed section for us )
2020 - 3 wins 17th missed 18th by %
2021 - 4.5 wins 18th ( glory days)
2022 - 2 wins 18th lol ( 2 wins)
2023 - 3 wins 17th
2024 - 1 win currently 18th

5.5 years wins 23.5 average of a hefty 4.27 wins per year.

I think you shove your head in the dunny and scream "long term"

If we haven't got enough young talent that we need to drop one of the few tough senior heads we have for yet another underperforming youngster, we may well give up.

This is 100% ****ed and here's a left field call, hows about Wil goes and dominates at VFL level, makes it impossible to not select him. Cause I've ****en realised the 'Wil Phil Pumpers' are wearing these ****ers at the footyball

I'm all for him staying but he's not very ****en good currently and doesn't deserve a game. Make it happen Wil and then the pumpers may pump.

you keep him. You dont sell him for nothing. We have tpp’s, he is worth seeing if he finds his game again. The boy can play. Just struggling, but who isn’t tgats been around for 4 years? Powell isn’t lighting it up. Dgaf what anyone says, Powell wouldn’t be playing in any other midfield either. I’d be really disappointed if he asked for a trade as it shows no spine or ticker and those jumper grabs are a slap in the face.

I’ve seen him play better games than most players that have stayed at our list for years

But we have too many midfielders / same type

He really needed to become our swallow / inside midfielder / pressure midfielder but I honestly don’t think we of Clarko don’t rate him

We are the biggest suckers for ex-first round draft picks.

Dylan Stephens
Aidan Bonar
Paul Ahern
Nathan Hrovat
Jared Polec
Dom Tyson
CCJ

The list is extensive and shit.
Man, after that debut, I really thought we had jagged one with Ahern.

Phillips is the last type of mid they need.

Too similar to Steele, Ross, Crouch, Clark ect.
Ross is cooked.
Crouch is stuck in the 2s.
Clark doesn’t look like an AFL midfielder.

There are plenty of roles in their midfield up for grabs.

Going to be tuff for Phillips. With most likely another mid coming in Norths 1st pick. See him stuck behind Simpkin & Powell. Good luck to him. Seems like a great bloke.

Also - its rAWLING or even better .... rAWLING!!!. None of this Rawlings faf.

Also also...

Brady Rawlings = Sushi Ranga.
