Marnus banked alot of credits in his purple patch it's hard to drop a guy averaging over 50 with 11 tons from 40-ish tests.

Interesting part was Thommo wasn't supposed to be in it as he was in dispute with Cricket Australia so he was watching it drinking at the bar when Kerry Packer asked him what he was doing and told him to get out there. Beer, no playing, no warmup, still won easily. That was post shoulder injury when he wasn't the same bowler.

Pretty sure that was before his shoulder injury.
