Love the way he goes about his footy, 110% intensity. He attacks the footy and is just at the edge of getting his finishing right. If he could finish off his hard work he would be a lock. Big fan of the kid, hope he puts it all together.

if this guy can clean up his disposal and decision making under pressure i think he can make the jump from good honest workhorse to genuine gun pretty quickly. effort and workrate are already top notch and he seems to pop up everywhere, just needs polish.

I think you'll be sorely disappointed.

Good honest workhorse is his go, even with cleaner disposal.

I think he has some potential as a forward. He’s strong overhead, committed to a team role and his attack on the ball/man is as good as anyone’s.

I’m not a big fan but I wouldn’t count him out just yet.

We only need him to be an honest workhorse

We have our guns in key areas

He needs to find which end of the grounds he's required in the most. Drafted as more of a front of centre player.

Feel he's a guy who understands his limits and works hard for coach and

I appreciate the suspense this post brings.

Nothing wrong with being an honest workhorse, that's exactly what Snelling has been for us. You need the honest workhorses to support the star power.

What's his ideal position? I can't work out where he'd fit other than being a bit of a utility/depth.

Nothing wrong with that. Nat rat was that, except at 190 instead of 183

I think the comparison does a disservice to Snelling. Guelfi has never elevated himself to above 20-28 on our list and gets games because he’s durable and can play a variety of roles. In comparison Snelling is rated highly by the coaches and sits comfortably best 22.
