Actually agree on this. Tough to cut Ziebs after a break though. And, as sad as it makes me, with current contracts that makes the most sense. We can’t be playing both corr and Ziebell (when we have Logue and McKay). Cull one
Should be rewarding Perez form over 1 of them
i think perez should be brought in for ziebell for this exact reasonThe only thing keeping Jack in right now is his kicking. In general, it’s been excellent this season. However, it’s dropped off a bit recently and I reckon that’s why he’s in the gun on here. Corr, McKay, LMac and Logue can’t distribute the ball like Jack. I get the feeling, if Jack’s not there, then Hall has to come in. It appears to be where we’re at right now. One other option is to get Harry to play that role permanently. However, we can all agree, that’s not ideal. In the future, maybe, Goater or Bergman might be a solution. However, as we stand, in my view, the following players are the only guys with genuine penetration in their kicking - at this time:-
Jack (flaky)
Hall (flakier)
Harry (preferred further up the ground)
Tarryn (preferred further up the ground)
Both Jack and Hall can accumulate possessions too, which is a requirement. Not ideal - it’s an area we need to address at the end of the season.

can accumulate and kicks well, actually defends also
Perez' kicking isn't at the level it needs to be. He looks like a much better kick then he currently is. It is what is keeping him out of the side.i think perez should be brought in for ziebell for this exact reason

Giants got a second rounder for him

He was a free agent. I just meant the compoRawlings got ****ed in the arse!
LOL.On exposed form he is a massive upgrade on Vickers Willis.
So if you had EVW pencilled in your backline then it’s a good move to get a better version.
What’s so LOL?LOL.
I see.What’s so LOL?
At the time EVW was average at best and Corr was playing better footy for GWS.
A comment made years ago has no relevance to how trash he has become at North.
At the time he was the better player.
Technically wasn’t a tradeUndoubtedly a bad trade that's returned nothing on our investment.
I thought he his first half was good.
Nothing 'technical' about it - he was a FA - no trading of any sort went on.Technically wasn’t a trade
Was a free agent acquisition so we gave up nothing but cap space which we were struggling to fill anyway
I remember getting torn to shreds at the start of last year when I said he was playing poor, selfish football.
Nothing has changed. He doesn't lock down on his opponents and he doesn't provide any rebound.
Such a nothing player who was made to look good with talented players like Davis, Taylor and Haynes around him.
