Heard the info and came away very impressed. Went out of his way to praise the club and say how bright our future is.

Pity Laidley didnt give a potentially elite inside mid the chance to succeed by playing his rubbish no-contest game plan.

You quite clearly watch and understand this game champ.:thumbsu:

WTF, another white man in blackface and afro wigs

You should be ashamed, Im telling Harry Connick Jnr on you

Understood. :sad purple face thingy

Sometimes I forget that America equates to the whole universe and thus I shall now request a perma ban upon myself for being so iiignorant.

Oh, and Harris= all class, just putting that out there.

Remember seeing Harro the kid and think this kid will be a better extractor of the ball then Greg Williams...

I actually do remember Harro as a kid...his old man was my first senior footy coach. Young Daniel used to dress up in our full kit and footy boots as a 7 or 8 YO kid and kick the footy along the boundary line near the coach's box. And heaven help the poor unfortunate mate of his who dared to try and win the ball off him, he was hard as nails back then!

Was wrapped when young Harro pulled on the Kangas jumper for the first time - wish him all the best for the future.

classy by harro... this is how you be respectful to a club even though you have b on the way out

jws should take a good hard look at himself and hopefully pull something on the way to the mirror

All class from Harro - as others have mentioned he was choked up and holding back tears when he delivered his speech and the best and fairest.

I hope your future holds success and happiness.

Well done Harro and good luck for the future.Hope he gets another shot at it and you always knew when he pulled on the jumper he gave his all. Thanks Harro for showing class.

It was an honour watching Harro play and was a shame he didn't get to play his 150th game at North, but hopefully he gets the opportunity somewhere else. I wish him all the best to him wherever he ends up.

Would have been interesting to see what Harro would have been under a different coach to Laidley?

He was on the verge of great things under Pagan, but never kicked on when Laidley took the reigns.

I must admit I'm not a fan of Harro the footballer anymore, but the quality he has shown in handling his exit, makes me hope he gets another shot and makes it really work.

And I wouldn't mind if he tears us a new one every time we play against him, as long as well still win:D

Here are some stats that actually prove the opposite.

I don't think the stats prove anything either way. If, however, you're trying to defend Laidley's reputation here, then the stats certainly don't corroborate roosurgence's view. Hard to say what Pagan might have done with Harro over the years he played under Laidley. Fruitless task I would suggest.

Those stats so show, however, that Harro's winning %age (67-2-63 or 50.8%) was higher than Laidley's (48.3%), during Laidley's tenure (72-2-75).
