Give Me A Break Reaction GIF by reactionseditor

RWNJ: why are white people being made to feel guilty about what their ancestors did?

Also RWNJ: look at those former presidents, they are awful for what their ancestors did.

Donny is the direct ancestor of a brothel owner too.

Nah just a draft dodger , runs in family

As a young man in the 1880s Friedrich had left Europe to seek his fortune in America during the Gold Rush, heading to Washington State and the Yukon to open hotel-restaurants catering to gold-diggers. After marrying Elisabeth in 1901 the couple moved to New York. But by 1904 she had grown homesick and they returned to make a living in their homeland.

Yet their homeland rejected them, because Friedrich Trump had broken the law. By going to the U.S. he had skipped Germany’s compulsory military service. As punishment his German citizenship was revoked. Trump groveled and begged to the authorities, writing to a local prince to ask “Why should we be deported? This is very, very hard for a family.”

On a par with the Oz version:

RWNJ: Why should I apologise for something done to indigenous Australians before I was even born?

Same RWNJ: Every Australian should show pride in what those brave Anzacs did.

Like the obese keyboard warriors who didn't finish high school taking credit for the USA sending people to the moon!

Love me a tall Trump tale but I can't buy this one lol

Why bury them, he'd just burn them wouldn't he?
Kinda the same reason he took them all in the first place - coz they are "cool" and as ammunition against anyone that wrongs him.

What if Milley bad mouthes him again? This way he can just get it out of the grave to show everyone how crazy Milley is. If he burnt it, he couldnt.

I know it's a crazy tale but would you really put it past this guy????

Ha, just got a mental image of Donnie doing some moonlit grave-robbing down by the 9th green, thanks for that :tearsofjoy:

I really don’t understand some liberals on this. Trump, much like Clinton, opposed Vietnam, though neither was particularly an activist (though Clinton a touch more so). Both avoided the draft. Neither should be criticised for this fact in itself though both have faced partisan criticism for it. Forcing people into military service is wrong. The Vietnam War was wrong.

For that matter, someone deciding they didn’t want to be a part of the budding German nationalist militarism of the late 19th century shouldn’t really be criticised for it, even if their future generations were despicable. Even if their concerns weren’t political but entirely selfish, they’re not wrong.

Cricket at the Pyramids a jollying it up in Cairo whorehouses. You can hardly blame them knowing what was to come.
Fascinating read:
