Sure, but the issue was that they were holding up the high bar as to why they shouldn’t stack the Supreme Court or use reconciliation to increase the minimum wage. Turns out they can subvert norms on illegally arming war criminals or the president pardoning his own son.

It’s because the Dems have no principles, they like campaigning on what they claim they want to do but can’t do, cos of “reasons”.

If they had to principles in their positions they’d have done what the GOP have done and not given a **** about norms and “rules”.

Seriously I think it was that they would have a list drawn up of cases that some injustice might have been done, or severe compassion needed. And they chose from that list.
