It was why the talk about parts of the Muslim population dumping the Dems in favour of Trump because of the policies in Gaza was self defeating. Not realising that Trump had made comments in the past about Hotels in Gaza. He wasn't hiding who he was.

People just wanted to not admit it.

A few points

1. Most of those voters did not vote for Trump. They either voted Dem, third party, or not at all.

2. Muslims (like Atheists, Jews and other non-Christian religions) comfortably voted for Harris.

3. There was ample polling data to show the Dems that a change (even minor) in policy would’ve yielded an increase in vote, and likely secured a couple of key swing states.
To your points:
-Not changing their policy was self-defeating.
-The Uncommitted movement weren’t hiding their demands
-the Dems (and the media) just wanted to not admit it

It takes real cajones to stand up and admit to serious wrongdoing, when so many are trying to abrogate responsibility at every turn.

Trump is talking about all the Palestinians of Gaza being moved to neighbouring Arab countries. I think that was the plan all along by the Israelis. Allow the October 7 attack to happen then propagandise it to justify a full scale invasion and destruction with a view to establishing Gaza as part of Israel.

It would result in 1.5 million radicalised people living in Egypt and Jordan. The alternative could have been improving people's lives in Gaza so that they were not motivated to support desperate military solutions.
