Sounded like it was a navicular injury which is notoriously difficult to predict healing time.
Suspect it’ll be a shut down and early start to 2025.

Please don’t forget about Rossy, he hasn’t played in a long time but he is a decent player. I would really like to see him play 2 senior games this year if possible

it's a serious injury with his foot and would rather wrap Jack up for the year and concentrate on coming back for a big pre- season.

Should be a starting centre bounce mid going forward. From the small sample size we saw of him back on ball this year he absolutely looked the goods. Great running capacity, excellent composure and can kick goals from outside 50.

Was going ok and glad he has re-signed but won’t be better than B- player. Not quick enough and the game has got quicker.
I’m a big Ross fan too and wish him an injury-free season 2025 so he can shine!

Well Done Jack!!
He's not slow over short distances, which is good for the role he plays, distributor to outside runners. He uses the ball well because he has a bit more time with the ball in hand than most. I think we need to draft a player like Sid Draper, who has that explosive speed. He would compliment our midfield and help somewhat with our lack of running speed.

Does anyone else think Ross might be our next captain? I think he could be when nank retires or doesn't want it anymore
Could see it, I also wouldn't be surprised if Taranto got a crack.
Do we reckon Ross might play more time inside mid this year? Or will they keep him on the wing?
Mid, we don't have many. Prestia, Taranto, Hopper, Ross, then McAuliffe, Sonsie and I would like to see Campbell given some time in there as a Bolton replacement. It's thin for speed but not bad at the coalface. Ross gives quite good spread and uses the ball well which we need.
