The Challenge will come next year as it will be to 'Keep' the new members on board, Whilst Liddle has done a good job so far he has cut into the yield of the membership return with the free upgrade to members just to get the ball rolling. This was not done at Richmond and i believe he has identified that its a bigger job at Carlton than what was at Richmond.
