Ive looked at Smillie and someone should compare him to the bont at the same age. Because in my eyes they look and play really similar.

They’re obviously not the same person but at the u/18’s level, there is heaps in similarities. Im happy to be proven wrong too

Bont is the best kick in the game imo, isn't that Smillie's biggest knock?

I've only seen highlights of Smillie. He does look good, though, I'm not sure we are investing a top 2 pick on another mid. I could be wrong, but I'd prefer to drop down in this draft for multiple picks.

So humble! Insanely humble! And that alone makes me feel like he would be a little uncomfortable going to another club on a huge salary as all eyes would be on him. He just doesn’t seem that kind who would like that type of attention at a new club. Thats what I’m hoping anyway!!

those kicks were majority stationary other than the shots at goal. Doesn’t sell me as I have seen the similar passes with time from smillie. Bont has him covered over head, sure.. needs more analysis

I think its more than a slim chance ferbs. We have been under performing all year. This win and the endeavour could be the catalyst to knock off a few unexpected ones. Dont be surprised either way
