4cm taller than Jobe Watson & Josh Kennedy (Syd). They both do alright as tall mids
Really pumped about seeing Cripps play today. But definitely has to be tempered with an appropriate level of expectation!
Actually, not sure what would be worse - he has a so-so game this week and is dropped or has an absolute blinder and can't back it up the week after. Either way someone will be ranting no doubt!

To all those fools saying Cripps is not ready, needs another run in the VFL, isn't fit enough.
He, got it more than half the other's in the team including experienced on ballers like Carrazzo.
This TOXIC "he's not ready" attitude has not just poisoned our club but spread to our supporter base.

There does need to be a balance though, not a week earlier he was gassed after 3 quarters of footy.
Footy's a crazy simple game, people over complicate it, you can either play or you can't and he can.
Thought he did quite well in his first match. The pace of the game was clearly a lot faster than he's used to, but that's something he'll grow into. The effort is there, you can see he has something to work with, the polish will come though.

Hendo was telling him to stop growing too?
Here's hoping! Had that chance with the ball at his feet running towards goal today and was a bit clunky round his ankles. Reckon they should stick a couple of encyclopedias on his head for a few weeks.

Our luck he'll grow to a height where he's useless as a mid and then never gain the skillset to be a key position player.

Will be a hell of a player given time. Still can't believe people can judge so harshly on a young player who hasn't even played a handful of games, let alone 50.
