Oh hell we cant sack simpson. What would the media department do when they don’t have all pre season to come up with snazzy camera angles and backing music for a dog race.?

I wonder if Simmo has watched the Sydney v WCE at Geelong last year ..Dunstall and King really gave some good incites ..A must watch guys ..
I was going to angle down the line of "the vicco media might go easier on a female, gay or indigenous coach" but thought hmmmm
One sack simmo thread is on the lineWith two Sack Simpson threads on the go, how do people decide which one to bump after a loss?
Hardwick's whinge was ridiculous. Stack was supposed to play in the VFL, NOT the senior side.I find it fascinating that the entire footballing world has empathised with our situation and basically the only person not giving excuses is Adam Simpson, yet there are intellectuals in here bagging him out for things he hasn’t even said. They just imagine it, even when asked to point these excuses out and fail to do so, they just keep going.
Simpson’s got legitimate excuses laying in his lap which most fair minded people would acknowledge but it’s like he’s going out of his way not to mention them. He can’t win with some people. Damien Hardwick had a whinge because they missed 1 whole player last weekend due to Covid, which is embarrassing and worth highlighting if your coach is deflecting to that extreme - Simpson has been in damage control since round 1 and not made a peep. You’d think the winners in here would appreciate his approach instead of making shit up so they can bag him out.

****ing dumb decision to renew him in 2020, a good reason for Nisbett to pack his bags as well.Hes going nowhere. Locked into end of 2024. Don't think the board have the nads to drop him for not meeting performance expectations.
Midfield and stoppage work all season has been deplorable - 90% attributed to availability woes and then tonight with a reasonably best looking midfield (sans Nic which would surely be the case any way by the time he took over) we were worse than we’ve been all year.
What does a Schofield coached team look like that we’re all so keen for it?
