Like everything on this planet, including games of footy, what goes up must come down. We are on the down side. Every team in the comp has done it and it is now our turn. Not that hard really. We will come back up again in time.

Putting aside game plans, strength and conditioning of the players and such things, and just looking at the mentality, morale, intensity, concentration and effort levels of the teams we are putting on the park, it is so awful that it is really, really hard to try and imagine in this moment how it can be fixed without a change of coach. I know he won a flag and so must have some things going for him as a coach. And i am not anti Simpson in any way. I just don't see how this gets fixed without a broom going through the place, including the coach, and total fresh start.
