This board seems to have harsher critics than most, and if only 25% have negative feelings to it from the poll, then I think thats a reasonable outcome.

If they went for the 'piss off as few people as possible' option, it would likely have been boring.

I am now convinced that there could never be a logo which satisfies most people. I've seen the most hideous AI trash on social media, with each having several comments as to how it's "better than the new one".

Some people just have no taste. And AI logos can look really shit.

I have to laugh, you make criticism about the logo on social media and you get the classic response: “I bet you couldn’t do better” or “I don’t care about the logo, I just want to win games”

More passionate/indepth fans here? Most normies wouldn’t even realise it was overdue or had any issues with the previous one. Kind of like those googling “did Biden drop out” on November 5.

Personally, I’m a designer and a huge crows fan and this is a missed opportunity for my two passions to form up like Voltron. The idea is fine, the execution sucks.
