A player can pass the ball to the striker time and time again but if that striker can't finish then clearly that team needs a striker.

Look at Chelsea, who have one of the biggest donkeys in the world in Morata. Hazard can keep passing it to him and put him into good positions but that donkey will still miss it.

We need Boland back and to buy a striker imo.

We didnt even need that really. One competent shot on goal and we win that game.

Goodwin has been ordinary for a month, I love Hallorans effort and lead up but his shooting ability is poor, Blackwood badly needs game time, why Kurz didnt start him I'll never know. Elsey couldnt have missed if he tried.... yet he did, and the less said about Kitto, Galloway and Lia's shots the better.... although I'll spare Scott a bit because it's not his job.

The amount of times we had time and space in the last 3rd only to turn back and **** around was infuriating.

Watch that flog Troisi tonight, he laid on the perfect pass so Toivenen couldnt miss. We don't have that player..... either of them TBH.

Get Boland back from injury, bring back Adlung, and sign a striker. If those two players coming in means we have to let someone go- we should be looking to ship out Baba, or Ilso.

Starting XI would be:

Izzo
Galloway, Jakobsen, Elsey, Strain
Isaias
Boland, Adlung
Goodwin, new striker, Halloran

I'm sure Toivonen and Co are panicking in their boots.

The one thing that really annoys me about the whole situation is that weve gone to the FFA on more than one occasion only to be knocked back for funds for a new striker.

Also, Baba doesn't want to leave so it's very hard to get a Visa striker on a 6 month deal unless they too are coming off injury.

I know it's not realistic but I've seen it happen before if the environment becomes toxic for player and club.
