Nicks' reputation must have taken a hit tonight.

Keays was ****ing shit.

Frampton can **** right off.

Rowe can get in the ****ing bin.

Razor is a deadset campaigner.

The whole ****ing operation came crumbling down tonight. There were 15 blokes who were ineffective at best.

This game plan can only be done if you have an experience playing group with years of preseason, you've cooked the young players at half time with all the running into space......who's brilliant idea was to do this for a half on a fast deck against a quick team?

Hypothetical: suppose for a moment that you've watched someone make a sh1te sandwich.
You know it's sh1te. It smells and looks awful and you're pretty sure it's going to taste terrible,
but
you take a bite anyway.
Sure enough, it's terrible, gross, even worse than you expected,
but
you take another bite of that gagworthy sandwich. And another.

That's how I feel about:
--- Frampton's selection and re-selection, and his sh1tty performances
--- and watching last week's game and even moreso, tonight's game.

Would legitimately delist Rowe at the end of the year. Does he have one elite trait? He doesn’t kick goals. He doesn’t apply forward pressure. He’s not quick. He takes an eternity to get rid of the ball all while doing huge u turns and ignoring players streaming past for the handball. We’ve had a look, feel good story. Don’t double down on the mistake.

Players to drop: McHenry, Pedlar, Berry, Hamill, Thilthorpe - need to bring in experienced heads like Tom Lynch
I know you're being sarcastic, but I'd genuinely bring in Lynch depending on how he performs in the SANFL, and especially if Tex misses again

We BADLY need some experience (and I'm not talking Mackay-levels of very mediocre experience)

Lots of positives from tonight's game:

Billy Frampton - 17 touches, that's a Vader Certified good game from our key forward

James Rowe - 13 touches, you guessed it, Vader Certified good game for a forward

David Mackay - 14 touches, that's what we love to see from our experienced midfielder, setting the tone for the team and hitting his KPIs

Reilly O'Brien - 39 hitouts, must have had an excellent game, no doubt about it

Rory Sloane - such a warrior, had an excellent game given he's playing with his finger snapped in half, hope he keeps pushing through to provide all that valuable leadership for us

Coaching - excellent tactics I thought to play a very slow, defensive game against one of the fastest teams in the AFL at a fast deck

Players to drop: McHenry, Pedlar, Berry, Hamill, Thilthorpe - need to bring in experienced heads like Tom Lynch
**** me. I had to double check that Mackay got 14 touches. He got 8 in the last quarter.

great stat padding DMac.

If we are not tanking, there are genuine concerns about this coaching panel's philosophy on how to play.

Given how great we have played this year , to start the game with circle work and less intensity than a Captain's run suggest we were never serious about winning this game.

Frampton instead of Fog. One guy kicks goals, the other has good hair.

With Tex out, how is Fog not an automatic selection.

Fog got dropped for his lack discipline! He cost his team 2 goals and they lost by 10pts that day. He’s been made to earn his spot back. Another game like last week will get him selected next week.

We will be lucky to get to 50 points with that forward line. Our mids will probably kick more goals, and it's not like we have Petracca and De Goey types through there.

Turns out I was actually overly optimistic.
Our forward line is hilariously bad.

All Darcy Fogarty needs to do is look at Billy Frampton's game and play exactly like that.

Forget kicking goals, or kicking goals accurately, or making the most of your chances, or helping the team inside 50 in any way

What Fogarty needs to do is get those stats up nice and high. Get those 17 touches. Get moved to defense so it's a bit easier. Take a few marks (who cares about what happens after that). Especially make sure you take contested marks well outside the forward 50. Get around the ground and involved.

That's what we rate

I thought it was absolute genius when, after we had managed to kick 2 goals to three quarter time and had about 20 inside 50s in total, that we started in the center with Laird, Sloane and Keays

Because if it didn't work for the previous three quarters, it's definitely going to work in the last

good

shoey
hamill

doedee before he was ko’d
these lads can hold their heads high..

bad
everyone else

ugly
our midfield of keays, laird and sloane. worst in the comp by a country mile. just pure and utter dogshit.. so glad to finally hear the commentators highlighted the absolutely horrid way these morons deliver the ball to our forwards. they’ve been doing it all year without being called out on it.

Keays experiment is over, love his effort but he’s a very limited footballer and we’ve seen his limit and why brisbane delisted him.

sloane.. just **** off mate.. go and book your surgery in and get it done.

Laird.. the king of getting heaps of possessions and doing absolutely nothing of any worth with any of them.

ROWE.. sanfl footballer at best

ROB.. just a dumb footballer and he barely looks like he gives a shit these days.. got his contract so now thinks that extra effort that made you turn a blind eye to his horrid skills is not required. he used to throw his body left right and centre at the ball and tackle like a man posessed. not seen that from him all year.

stringers head... seriously, what a complete pecker head that bloke is..
