Are any players even trying? Maybe Worrel.

Schoenberg's been OK in general play but not getting the clearances he should with a dominant ruck, Zac Taylor's been OK in patches, Worrell handy...that's about it.

Not sure he has the want and desire to play AFL.

I'm really concerned about his lack of effort. If he doesn't get the ball at the stoppage there doesn't seem to be second and third efforts. He doesn't get involved much on the outside either.

For a first round pick I think his development is a big concern. It appears to me his natural game of bulldozing his way through a stoppage is being taught out of him.

We do seem to coach the natural game out of our young players

Our development is atrocious. Draft a player with talent, then immediately coach out of them the one aspect of their game that had them stand out.
Repeat year after year. It's so stupid.
