Did someone actually say Pedlar reminds them of a better skilled Gary McIntosh. LOL
Yeah, that was me.

Burst impact midfielder with raking left foot who loves contact.

I mean, people were saying that from when he was drafted, but I guess if you've only started watching him today it might not make sense.

Taylor 28 touches after only 19 last week.

Inconsistent form like that will get you nowhere young man.
Just needs another 40 AFL games under his belt if he wants to get picked.

Note Taylor kicking for goal from effectively the same spot on each foot.

While since we've had a bloke able to do that

But but but does that count on this board when he's only another of those Hamish 180cm mids? :fire:

I'm not so sure they see McAsey as a forward, but more that kicking goals might be the best way to get some confidence into him.
I think you're wrong on that score, McAsey had played quite a bit forward as a junior.

I think it's solely based on that and so far he's not looked up to it at either end and IMO his only chance now is as a defender.

Another great cut by AFC's media department, plenty of players having easy set shots at goal, but no idea how they got the ball.

We even saw the opening bounce and hit out, nice highlights of the umpire there.
