Anyone know if the Crows v Legs QF will be streamed free online on 7Plus? Live in QLD and keen to watch.

I'm a lifetime Legs fan and a Crows fan since it began in 91. Gotta go for the Legs though.

It certainly will be available through 7Plus Adelaide, but how you get that in Queensland I’m unsure, but you might already have that covered. Here in Darwin I’m lucky as the app defaults to 7 Adelaide.

I'm not sure.

All I know is, if the red legs make the 2022 SANFL grand final, you bet that some person will upload it on YouTube

Well my SANFL side south Adelaide is out of the finals race.

But looking at the 5 sides in the finals.

Don't want North to win with that 19th man scandal in that 2018 prelim final.

Norwood I can tolerate getting the premiership.

Don't want Glenelg to win mainly because they sank the bloody boots in Souths in that 2021 prelim final.

I don't really care about the crows SANFL side.

Sturt I can tolerate getting a premiership. Only problem is that they have to win it from 4th or 5th. They did make a grand final in 1998 from Elim final spot.

So Norwood or Sturt for me for the SANFL flag
Sturt were minor premiers in 98

Excellent. Think I can set my location to SA.

Why do people assume any reason for picking Turner other than they thought he was the best available player?

Sometimes selections are just for the obvious reason, and they can just be wrong. Turner could have just been the next player on their board.

That's even worse then and a blight on our drafting team.

Good we managed to pick up Richmond's ruck, big loss for their finals campaign though.

So we're looking at a side of

B Worrell - Borlase - ???
HB Davis - Frampton - Wright
C Nankervis - Pedlar - Sholl
HF Cook - Himmelberg - ???
F Newchurch - McAsey - Gollant
R Strachan - Taylor - Turner

I ???

Not too bad honestly given the restrictions on who we can play, which are purposefully designed to cripple us and make us uncompetitive

That's a better side than we fielded in our loss to Sturt in Round 14, though Crouch not being eligible hurts as he was probably borderline. Parnell also an annoying omission as he played the first 8 games and was very good

Hately not as bad of a loss, we went 3-3 in the SANFL with him in the side this season. Guys like Hamill, Brown and Rowe barely played

Ideally we'd have Crouch, Milera and Parnell all running out there who played 8, 7 and 8 games in the reserves respectively. Hately, Schoenberg and Murray next up with 6 games

The midfield is light on but Taylor and Pedlar are highly talented and Sholl is also very strong at this level

It’s a solid line up, and if the boys are keen for a SANFL flag, they’d give it a good shake.

With Centrals out of the equation, I wouldn’t mind a Crows SANFL flag, just to stick it up those harping on about our presence in the comp (the decision was made close to 10 years ago now, move on)

It's an okay line-up that.could win a final. I think the issue is that it's unlikely we will have those 15 available for every game as we get the odd injury during the final series and the replacements are not up to it.

What people forget is that Carmichael asked for 2 years which may have limited our crack at trades including Rankine, Cox and others
maybe..

but that would just be more evidence of how flipping dumb the club is..

you dont pass up on talent and potential like that, especially when it looks like it could fill a gaping hole in your list (a big bodied mid) just because it may limit your ability to have a crack at some blokes that could become available at a later date..

the two list spots we opened just before the MSD were from putting Sloane and Seedsman on the LTI list.. if Carmichael came onto the list and started tearing it up.. as a rebuilding side, the responsible thing to do would be to pay out one of slaone or seedsman and free up the spot to accomodate Carmichael permanently.

lets face it.. sloanes cooked and seedsman is about a 10% chance of ever returning… these two should be the last on the “prioritise for the future” flipping list.

but not the dicks making the decisions at the crows… no.. these morons will probably extend Sloane and seedsman before they even get back on the training track fulltime!.. because…“experience”.

also.. alternatively, if Carmichael didnt work out and in 12 months time its clear he’s shit.. he would be on minimun chips salary wise anyway.. just pay him out and move him on to free up the list spot.

no matter which way you cut it.. the overlooking of Carmichael was simply atrocious list and draft management. just appalling.
