Only reason Richmond have been as good as they have been last year and this year is because of the armchair tide of no injuries they’ve had.

Both sides applying great pressure, the difference is Collingwood's talent/skill runs a fair bit deeper than Richmond's.

Varcoe and Cox have been huge. Howe's aerial ability, allowing him to come from 3 and 4 deep in a pack and kill the contest has been enormous. Nankervis started off pretty impressively but Cox and Grundy smashed him in the 2nd half of the quarter.

If the game continues the way it has and Tigers do lose, I wonder how much the club will be torched over playing Martin and to a lesser extent Astbury.
