The old timers will say no and then rattle off some "legend", but coaching in the modern era (especially in the last decade) has improved leaps and bounds, so much more complexity and sophistication when it comes to coaching and game plans now than it was in the 60's, 70's and 80's.

All it takes is a ridiculous free kick and great tackle then some absolute after activity 50 metre, a penalty never needed for idiotic nonsensical reasons. And The Crows get back with two free kick goals, how do you play against the umpires, then you have to put up with the greatest suckhole to the AFL as a commentator and supposedly Hawthorn man saying the umpire explained it well, I have no idea what it was for and I have not heard what the umpire said, but that 50 is another reason why free kicks turn games, it should not be , and Dunstall clarifying every bullshit penalty saying the umpire explained , the bloody umpire shouldn't have to explain to us, Dunstall, and your pay packet from the AFL and Fox footy, you are part of the shit that ruins this sport by going along with the crap Gil tells you to follow, instead of having the balls to comment about how the rules are so unfair sometimes. Not all the time BUT THE TWO GOALS INCLUDING YOUR BULLSHIT, you should have said something , but maybe you make some of the shit rules, AFLX might just suit you, Leigh has sounded the same suckholing the AFL.

What makes it worse for me when a smart arse like you works to the rules, is just before a comment from one of my sons saying another free kick goal, I heard someone also in the next room scream holding and caught with the ball , should have been Hawthorn free, less than a minute later Crows goal FROM A FREE, where are our goals from Frees, about 1 in 5 compared to the other teams, and the commentators like you carry on like its magnificent when the goals have been from free kicks , and a side gets praised for "getting help????" not on merit,

If Hawthorn got a ton of goals from frees as equal to other sides in this AFL like Geel WCE and others I'd be fine we could all be proud of no merit goals, and the dilution hasn't helped goal kickers, so the umps can!
