Geelong's back half is pretty woeful.
Stewart is the only guy who can hold his own throughout the entire match. Blicavs & Kolo are garbage. Henry is very likely out.
Geelong get spooked by any slight pressure so if Essendon harass and stay on top of their one percenters, you will see us butcher the ball and turn it over as we did throughout the finals last year.

I’ll await the team lists but I believe the Cats are still a better side than us and I really can’t see us scoring more than 8 or 9 goals which won’t be enough. Cats by about 5 goals

I see us getting more inside 50's due to our midfield being better than theirs but I think our lack of depth up front will mean we are wasteful compared to the Cats, Who will score more frequently from their inside 50's. We don't always have the best forward 50 entries, I expect we just bomb it in half the time, So we really need some of the big boys to clunk some marks and crash some packs and hopefully the little guys can apply some pressure. Stewart will probably intercept a lot of our wasteful inside 50's, Then we see how well we can set up and defend behind the ball.

I think this win heavily relies on our bigger forwards standing up and will need guys like Perkins, Smith, Snelling etc. to kick a couple too. I think our defence is as good as theirs, But their forward line is far better.

We are gonna need a big spread of contributors, Something like this if we are to win.

Hopefully our midfield can get on top and give us repeated entries, If 2MP can compete and get the ball to ground I think we go alright,

You have got to be joking, the coach and the guys responsible for the program came straight to us from your club, clearly a lot more successful at geelong than they were at essendon
