You don’t understand. How hard is it to get - so has Mullin. Hence why both were dropped. Except for Geelong they prioritised fit players over rusty guys who couldn’t fully compete. The right decision.

Carlton made the wrong decision & you used it as an excuse

Blah blah - all teams that have made it through first week of finals have had a settled line up.

We did last year and made the Prelim....just the way it goes... nuked our fitness staff and got Inness in so this time next year we should be in the same boat.

Williams has been moved back into defence and he spuds it up like he used to do.

If can't make it as a small forward then he has no place on our list because he sure as hell isn't a mid and he is as loose as a bride's nightie in defence.

Carlton genuinely need a forward like Stringer. Probably not Stringer himself - but That medium type who prioritises goals & kicks them (unlike Fantasia). It could even be Kennedy if it came from within.

At the moment the best forward line is Curnow + McKay, and then a mix & match of 4 generally spuddish small forwards. I’d take Owies & Williams who are quick & clever & can apply good pressure - but you don’t need Durdin, Fantasia, Motlop if you’ve got those 3 as well
