14 points dropped, actually ...Wow. Great game but 2 points dropped.
Sicily likes this.Jake Kelly moving up in the dumb AFL player rankings
Just let him do the Anzac Day speeches even if Esssendon win hahaAnother cracker of a speech. Well done, Darcy.
They did get a result, a draw and 2 points each.Spot on Pendles, just play extra time, get a result FFS
Keiran Jacks father played rugby league.Did you know he had a basketball background ? Lol
How embarrassing. Reigning premier can't beat a side that hasn't won a final in 20 years.
Someone touched daicos.
That's a free isn't it?
Except Daicos never got a free when you made that point...You began the exchange responding to a point I made by only saying you've heard it many times before.
I don't think explaining things will get through to you.
Pies fan stereotypes are there for a reason it seems.
I think Darcy thinks he is too!ignore the fools. Darcy is a quality person and a great public speaker for a footballer
Frosty has his measure.Sicily likes this.
Max Gawn is not so sure about this...Merret would becoming second in the Brownlow behind Heeney thats how good he has been this year
He’s pulled his head in this year.Frosty has his measure.
What no ??? Gary Jack played league ? Shirley notKeiran Jacks father played rugby league.
It's not that serious. We're relatively happy because a win and a draw makes no difference to us on the ladder given our poor percentage. We dominated the midfield and most of the general play but without Reid and Ridley's great kicking out of the backline, too many errors cost us the win. Nothing we can do about injury to great ball users. It was a game of scoring from stoppages vs scoring from turnovers.Basically Bombers fans ecstatic with the draw, Pies fans disappointed we played poor again giving up 6 goals to 1 in the 1st quarter 2 weeks in a row.
Says it all.
As you said, we are the reigning premier, you are trying to use comedy to hide the fact you don't remember how it feels to be the reigning premier, and I feel for you, 20 years is indeed a long time, go have another glass to drown away your sorrows.
So close to getting through without an injury excuse. I've tidied it up for you. It's not that serious. We're relatively happy because at least we didn't end up losing after being 5 goals up. We dominated the midfield and most of the general play but too many errors cost us the win. It was a game of scoring from stoppages vs scoring from turnovers.
I would have been more disappointed if we got smashed against Collingwood's average midfield. There's a lot of positives we can take from that but we were the in form team against a fellow finals contender with a 3-3 record.

Thought Draper was solidCracker of a game
Fair result
Mihocek's wayard boot and 6.11 in the first half cost the Pies
Langford and Stringers relatively easy misses and giveaway goals coming from D50 cost the Bombers
Two rucks don't work and Draper needs to be dropped - was useless
couldn't agree more. Draw is a legitimate result that adds to the tapestry of the ladder. If you wanted a win, you should have kicked an extra point or goal.I like draws in regular season. If you’ve played the full 80 minutes and the teams couldn’t be separated then why shouldn’t they share the points?
Also what happens when a team has a 5 or 6 day break coming up and they have a draw. We already see enough issues with teams disadvantaged by shorter breaks, do we want to add to that problem?

Umps really should have given a 50 to hind here in the last 15 seconds, two players on the mark, elliot moving around. Would have taken him to 70 metres out , long kick in would have been a chance to punch through for a point
