In some ways. I don't think in everything.

For instance, one idea often given was that, if no change to the senior coach was made, the rusted-on assistants should. We cleaned them out last year and changed coaching structure this year. Seemingly that has helped to completely revitalise us, both in the system we use and how the players perform and are selected. Real credit to the courage of that decision, which seemed concerning or a bad omen at the time, but I think it's paid off in spades.
