Playing well around the ground. More composure needed in forward 50. The usual whipping boys of Frost, Blair, Toovey and White have all been ordinary. We should win this one

Blairs been fantastic in an under in a game loaded with physical stoppages, Frost has competed well against his direct opponent, and Toovey spend most of the second quarter off the ground with concussion. White hasnt been awful but not moving that well, will need a jab and a glass of cement at half time.He declared himslef fit.

Been a good game. We burned a few chances but Dogs had some bad turnovers that let us off the hook a few times. Blair has been in and under, some good pressure acts and a few score invovlements. Not a great game but has had some good moments.

Moore good 2nd Q. Match very even hard to pick.

That wouldn't be Buckley's fault, that would be the medicos and White's fault.

Can't believe the hand-wringers have us losing already just because of a few misses.

It's a defensively tight game on both sides and they've made just as many errors as we have. They're winning CP by only 2, Free kicks by 1 and Clearances by 1. And we're 5 points ahead. History also says that more inside 50s = more shots on goal. They're going to have to be extremely accurate if the trend continues - only 27% are they kicking at goal from their I50.

What we have in our favour is Steele running riot - a good, smart user. Moore and Fasolo looking very deadly. Mason isn't going to shrink over next 2 qtrs.

I'm predicting no blowout, but only another 6-7 goals each for the end of the game and Pies to hold on by just under 2 goals.

Weird, I enjoyed that half of footy, after what we dished up in the first six weeks we put up exatcly the defensive effort we need against a team like the dogs. Come on here and most posts are shitting on it.
