I think it's great that Khan has put some of the classic NWA wrestlers involved in the company to keep some of the gymnast wrestlers in check. I'm not saying they necessarily have to be on TV though.

However managers have been underutilised in WWE for ages, they can be really great when you've got a good enough talker. Men of the Year definately have the best manager right now and are just being used perfectly.

I like the proper use of managers, but now that AEW has eyeballs, they need to reign in the amount of factions and managers each group and tag team has.

Fantastic opening match. Those two are great. I loved the commentary as well, mainly focussed on the in ring action with just hints of personality/storyline sprinkled throughout.

I hate to go about it, but all that was missing was time limit announcements. You could've teased the draw finish and have the same ending in the last minute. A draw seemed very likely between those two so felt like a missed opportunity. Overall, fantastic though.

That Elite segment sucked. Half of it was just irrelevant faf.

It felt like something much more like a WWE segment then a sports presentation. Could've done all that in an interview segment but the rest of the Elite have to get their kicks playing pretend bad guys.

Jungle Boy getting ready to fight again after just having his head kicked in was stupid too.

I think Bryan is doing a bit too much talking directly to the crowd to get a pop or a chant, which is funny considering he wants the yes chant to go away. For me it's slightly awkward. I would have preferred they just set-up the rumoured Rampage match then and there.

16 man tag was whatever, but the crowd liked it. I think you could've told the exact same story as a lumberjack match though instead of that nonsense.

CM Punk was hilarious, probably shouldn't ask who a participant in a match is though haha.

So let me get this straight Miro after all that build loses to a guy with 5 singles match wins for the ranking year. Enjoy Sammy but Black has the same amount of wins, Scorpio has 11-1 singles record, Dante Martin has 17 singles wins.

They shouldn't advertise or state that rankings matter when clearly they mean sweet FA.

Sammy is great and it was a good match just a very odd move really.
