12 woman tournament for the TBS Title, with 4x 1st round buys. Ugh!

so this is my guess for participants: Jade, Riho, Nyla, Shida, Tay, Anna Jay, Ruby, Thunder Rosa, Jamie, Serena, Kris, Bunny.

(and that's leaving out Emi, Penelope, Abadon, Sky Blue, Swole, Leyla and Red Velvet)

on one hand, the byes suck, on the other, at least it's a tournament with more than 8 wrestlers. they seem oddly fixated on that number

Fair bet that every match won’t be two minutes, or there abouts, long either.

That's possibly the first time I've 100% disagreed with the result of a match in AEW. There is no way an injured Cassidy should have beaten a dominate Hobbs. Orange has been in main events and would have lost nothing in defeat. I also think Mox vs Hobbs is a more natural match up which I was expecting we'd see next.

Regardless of the horrible ending, the match was pretty good.

It was horrendous, worst result / outcome I’ve seen all year. That was bad.

They've been teasing some OC and Mox stuff lately. The Yuta squash, a bit in the ladder match too.

They can tease all they want, but at the risk of sounding like Jim Cornette, a weakened and clearly injured cruiserweight shouldn't be defeating a heavyweight like Powerhouse Hobbs. If this was Daniel Bryan it would make more sense. Veteran instincts and all that jazz. OC didn't need the win regardless. The injury gave him an out. It looked silly and wasn't believable. Literally the first time in two years i've taken issue with a result. Love pretty much everything else about the product.

It's the problem with booking tournaments with obvious results. OC was always going to win so Moxley can destory him next week.

DQ win would've made a lot more sense. Hobbs gets DQ'd for kicking too much arse and OC wins by doing nothing. Works for both characters.

How did those flogs along the front row constantly standing up not get shit thrown at them?

Grammar edit: don't post drunk
