New to the role and less comfortable in the front facing aspect of the role.

When doing media he needs to loosen up about 15% and remember he is basically speaking to the average bigfooty poster that has trouble tying their shoe laces.

He's not going to call daily press conferences and preen and pontificate piously for hours like Gil if that's what you mean

The Dillons are very old school, just focus on the job, don't make it about you
