Supercoach Round 3 SC Talk - Round 3 Trades ,//, AFL Fantasy Round 2 AF Talk - Round 3 AF Trades
same game was played, I guess we could move away from "rule of the week" to "which rule do we ignore this week cause the game is exciting and a lowly team have played above expectations and deserve a better finish"?........Well that's one way to ruin a game I guess....
I would never ever want us to win like that in the same circumstances.
garbage - do you ever think about what you type? seriously, it's as legitimate a rule as any other - like the one where jack newnes won the game v freoI would never ever want us to win like that in the same circumstances.
wut? that's the major problem with our rules? If you break the rules the call needs to be made
Regardless of how long is left in the game
I can't blame the umpires for calling the game by the rules. Had Sydney lost without the call being made it'd undermine the umpiring fraternity far worse.
Sadly it's one rule that's not open to interpretation.

"we need a game with no rules!" or "we need a game with rules that are ignored when it seems a fairytale victory will be stolen from us"North board is unbelievable right now
“We need hooligan culture.
Somebody needs to make sure these ****s don't get home in one piece.
Give me a South American football response.
Utterly rigged.”
It was their own steward who made the damn mistake!

The rule is there, but I myself wouldn't take any satisfaction or joy out of another club's unintentional interchange mistake.
1. you are only saying that for effectThe rule is there agreed, but if we played like we did like the Swans for much of that game against a lowly ranked opponent and only won because of a blunder from the opposition's interchange stewards, I wouldn't take any joy or satisfaction out of the win.
Why? It is a rule that requires zero interpretation. Not like a a fifty fifty holding the ball, over the shoulder etc. This is a clear rule with zero interpretation required. A hardset concrete rule. Probably the only rule in the game with a consequence that does not require human interpretation.I would never ever want us to win like that in the same circumstances.
8 losses in a row a possible giveaway to their general crapness - not sure why the angst...........Nothing surer after a close loss especially when technicalities are involved that the losing club's supporters will bang on about how it's rigged and the sport sucks and how it's the reason they can't have any joy in life anymore.

tipping that steward will get a run around in the bush for a week or two - it's a massive mistake to make in the context of a building team........Just feels bad for North's supporters and players when their interchange steward cost them a game.
The rule is black and white as it gets though.
