Talent to burn, no drive, he was a bull rider for gods sake but didn’t seem to have the appetite for the rough stuff.
Had high hopes and was a favourite player.
Looks like a busy unfortunately.

Looks like a busy unfortunately.
Perhaps he just hasn't enjoyed the cuthroat AFL environment and being far away from home, seems disinterested, and that's not including his physical/injury issues. It's not for everyone.

Could be it, indigenous boys grow up in such a different care free environment… fishing, hunting,bush footy in bare feet deeply entrenched in their own culture. All love AFL like nothing else and it’s all their dream to get to the big show.
But the big show means a completely different lifestyle.
Many an extraordinary talent lost because they just could not handle the home sickness.
Who could blame them? Not me. But geez when you find one who can handle the big smoke (and I suppose it’s getting easier as clubs try to make it easier for them, then wowee we are the ones (the fans) that truly reap the rewards.
Guess whose ninth again ???

Dwayne-pipe Russell embodies everything wrong with commentary teams across the spectrum.
Has to be the moment, instead of being in the moment. Cringeworthy
In all honesty, North's kids are pretty good, it's the players in their 24-30 age group that is the problem.
Also Cunnington has been a massive loss for them.
I definitely think they have better kids than the Eagles * and Adelaide (for example)
Things are nowhere near as grim for North as it may seem right now.
Think they will win a couple more games after the bye.

Don't like what he says, but he's got a great voice for commentary.
