I still maintain that 4-5 years ago, he should've gotten a few weeks for his first few fendoffs and have been forced to adjust his technique. He aims for your clavicle, and the margin for error has him making contact with people's neck and throat. With that kind of force, he's hitting people in such a way as to do serious damage.Feels like it sometimes but he has never had a season where he got more frees than he gives away.
But nup. He's just been allowed to get away with it; indeed, you've got kids countrywide learning how to fend people off from Dusty. At some point, someone's going to get a punch in the throat, and it's going to result in serious injury.
