Also saintkildaman are you close with Deddy? You should help trying to get him to the Bombers. He may make Beez feel insecure by talking about captaincy aims, but I don't mind the guy. Potential.

If he honestly wants the support of a good team and a good captain, then he will strongly consider us I think. He has a lot of room for improvement. A lot of people may not like the way he has walked out on the Demons, but if he isn't enjoying the SFA and a change of scenery will regenerate him, then fair enough. I hope he can deliver what the hype suggests he can.
Is it safe, looking forward, to suggest that Beez, TPM, Gee Dub, SKM, myself, Shadow Man and Bipolar Bear will make up the core group? Nobody planning on leaving? That gives us plenty to work with, we can add to that and recruit some fresh posters.
Premiership this year, powerhouse next.

Deddy is quality, you may not have seen him at his best, but rest assured, he'll be demanding a 6 figure salary from which ever team he chooses.
I don't think anyone is going anywhere any time soon, but then again, I didn't think that would be the case 2 months ago We have a nice solid top line of posters, it's the middle bracket that we're lacking. We're lucky that Don Draper isn't very good at tag, however it's annoying that High Ryder, sausageroll, dougthelegend and loopy_cam are all too quick for me. Although I suppose it's good that they are lightning on the field.
A couple more quality contributors would be great, especially if we could lure them with back-to-back Premierships.

Absolutely Deddy can be quality. I have said before that he reminds me of myself when I first started. I honestly believe that if he did come to the Bombers, it could resurrect his career. But we will see what his intentions are and leave him to it. We still have premiership glory to focus on this season! I'm hungry for finals, we must make it!
