Interested in how other people are dealing with richmond this year. The lead up to the season i was so excited and smug especially towards all my mates and co workers alot of carlton and collingwood supportes. The pain of listening to these carlton scum everyday recently is about to send me over the cliff playing theme songs on the work radio laughing for 10min after every weekend we loose. Surely im not the only supporter getting hit with the karma stick atm. I hope dimma comes out and says sorry soon cause im copping a shit load

I give them nothing , no discussion on football or words at all , spoke when spoken to and it's strictly business . This approach minimizes the damage , I also block , hide and Unfriend on a constant basis on Facebook , vigilance is required there ,,,,together we ll get through this

Another tip is up your Facebook privacy filters to catch the mofo that will tag you in to every Tiger memes going around. I've got about 60 caught in my filter I need to delete rather than add to timeline. Stay one step ahead and no one gets hurt

If we're serious about "doing a Richmond", and who wouldn't want to emulate them. we need to learn and master a few vital things...

No matter how terrible our players are, we declare them all top 10 in the comp.

No matter how many times we DONT finish top 4, we declare ourselves a top 4 side.

We must limit our football intellect to membership numbers and age profiles. NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

We establish a specialised department at the club that is assigned to locating our captain after big games.

We make sure to recruit the worst player to ever play the game (Vickery) and train, mentor and develop him to be even worse.

For the three months leading up to each season, We tell anyone who will listen, that we will be premiers.

When not finishing ninth, we must make finals, and get humiliated by the opposition.

Must, must, teach our players to chirp endlessly at the opposition and carry on like they've won a premiership every time they kick a goal.

If you don't own a microwave, get one!

And finally, make delusion your default personality setting.

Adam Fiora was the pick directly before Pavlich. Tambling directly before Franklin. Ben Griffiths directly before Nat Fyfe. Reece Conca 2 picks before Heppell. Tyrone Vickory directly before Jack Ziebell and the best one for us Lennon before Cripps.
